Over Eating Fear

I've been on soft foods for 3 days now and am getting neurotic about quantity! I'm really trying to focus on how my pouch feels. Today I have been able to eat a bit more-just hoping its bc I'm getting more use to it! I just don't want to stretch anything! Anyone else feel this way??

Well I'm not post op yet but I am terrified of this. I keep thinking I will stay on liquids forever. I know my nutritionist gave me size guideline on how much to eat how if yet. Maybe speak with your Nut or dr. Good luck. :-)

I am scared I will make my pouch bigger. I am 3 weeks post op. I am walking 2 miles a day and I get hungry. My Doc says its cause I burning off what I'm taking in and that's what your suppose to do! Still I worry about it cause I can take in 3 to 4 ounces now. So I just try to eat protein to keep me fuller longer.

I'm eating about 3 oz if food sometimes it's 2 oz it really depends on what I eat. Like eats... I can't eat a whole egg. But can eat 2 oz of chicken. Weird :)
