Getting Tired Of...

Im getting really tired of eating just meat for my protein. Any one have any good ideas to get that protein in besides meat? Im 7 weeks post op.

  • I eat alot of seafood. shrimp, talipia, salmon, lobster, crab legs. yum!! also nuts, cheese, yogurt, beans, tofu (I have not tried tofu).

  • Silky tofu I cream soups rocks... And scallops!! Not together however... Lol!

I'm from Ontario, and we aren't suppose to have any protein shakes!! I'm 12 days post op and I'm onto full liquids, so my protein comes from yogurt, milk, carnation inst breakfast (sf) I also put powdered milk in my soups!! Very hard to get protein until I move onto food :(
