Had surgery on 10/29.. Amidst the hurricane! Been walking and sipping but man I am in some pain.. And out of it.. Groggy..looking forward to feeling better!

That hurricane was no joke... Watching the news and its crazy! So glad you are done and all went well. Just keep sipping and walking where you can. Keep us updated. All the luck

Surgery 7/25/12

i had mine 10 days ago and wondering how long this horrible pain is supposed to last for? Im struggling with it. I take tylenol and oh lord i feel like i am walking around with a knife in my side.

It hasn't been too long for me yet.. I have say that the walking helps. I walk every hour then try to stay standing then rest.. Still need the pain meds though .. Can't wait til I don't! The sipping bothers me.. One day at a time

My surgery was at 7:30 this morning. I was sooooo exhausted that I have slept all day! I did get up and walk which was not to do at all. There is pain but it has been controlled with the drip and a of yet have not felt really sick....looking forward to all the positive changes that will transpire for me due to this surgery and my determination. For everyone who is going through surgery in the coming weeks and months....keep your eyes on the prize and keep moving forward!!!!!

I have my surgery december 10th. Ill be ok in time for christmas... Lol oh joy. this is my christmas present to myself
