Are you thinking about last things you want to eat?

I have been telling myself (much to my nutritionist dismay) there is nothing off limits the 2 weeks before liquid diet. If I crave it...I eat it. Now with that said, I have shrunk my stomach so much over the last 7 months working with this nutritionist that I can't even eat all of it...catch 22...I still do 2 Protein shakes a day just to prep me and I won't have a culture shock. My weight has gone up 2 pounds and that in itself distresses me. Wow..sorry I guess I am a little frustrated on this subject...lol. More of an answer than you probably wanted.

What??? I've seen the dietician once!! I've GAINED 35-40 lbs in 3 months!!! It was like knowing that very soon I would be unable to eat what I wanted, well indulgence us an understatement!! When I got the endoscopy done, I asked for bacon in my IV. Less than a month!!! Here's my email lindsaycohen32@gmail.com. We need to stay in touch!!
