Went to my safety guy today at work and asked for some new shirts (old ones 4X) he said all i have is some XL so i replied well ill take them they will fit when i loose a little more weight well i came home and for the hell of it tried one on here it is wow it fit size 36 pants (thank you losingitforme) and my new shirt for work

Im only 4 days post op and Im scared Im losing too much too fast. Im seeing 2.5 pounds daily come off! I seen various doctors use different diets and mine is strict clear liquids for two weeks so i think that is part of it too.

It will slow down eventually. I had a 4 week liquid diet after surgery...I can move too pured foods on Tuesday (week 5). I've lost 35 lbs, but i'm starting to see it slow down

It's not too fast. On the beginning you are going to see big numbers!! Enjoy it while it last because eventually it will slow down and stall sometimes.
