Bad Breath

The other day my husband politely offered me a mint after we had grabbed a bite to eat while out shopping. He said he has noticed that shortly after I eat my breath sometimes has a smell to it. I am almost 5 months post op. Has anyone else experienced this? I never had this problem before and I brush my teeth 2-3 times daily.

My son likes to tell me to clean my teeth more because they smell! What a charmer. Since the op in sept i find my self cleaning my teeth 3 to 5 times a day just because i feel like i have bad breath .

Being in ketosis will cause bad breath. Not too much you can do about it other than keep your teeth clean because it's really caused by your stomach not so much your teeth/tongue. Maybe some of the medical experts can help with this?
