I've eaten several types of Cookies, including sugar cookies. I teased my friend who had the sleeve and told her my dr didn't give me a bypass. Lol

I am.

I hear keep sugar low to 15 grams or less everyday wont harm you,so what can i eat less than that ?half of a cookie?,a half peanut butter cup ? Or stay away from that?

Honestly, since you're only 3wks out, you shouldn't be eating cookies. I was waaayyyy out before I tried one.

Maybe that will help control your cravings for sweets.
