Hi everyone does anyone know how soon after WLS we can start taking our biotin and other supplements?

    My surgeon had me wait until two weeks after surgery but every surgeon is a little different so it might be best just to call your surgeons office and ask.

    Yes every doc is different so def ask yours. My doc had me start B-12 and multivitamins when I got home and calcium after 2 weeks. Not sure about biotin. I am going to ask this when I go to my 2 week check up Nov. 1st

    My doctor told me right after they discharged me from the hospital cause i had low efficiency iron ect..so i star all my vitamins n biotin
