Birthdayy... Helpp!

Hii I need some advice .... My sisters birthday is next week and she's 3 mo post op RNY ... Any ideas for an alternative birthday cake??? I know sugar free cakes aren't the best idea.. But any input would help .. Thanks :)

    It's a watermelon for the base of your "cake" and whatever fruit you want to be the decorations.

    And it was a great hit at my bday dinner everyone wanted a piece and we cut it in half (through the middle) then cut it like.a cake!
