Mood

Recently, I have had issues with mood. I have had mood swings and doctors have put me on meds to help keep everything balanced. Anyone else have similar problems.

I was moody at times about a month after surgery. I had to adjust because I no longer had food in my life. I do lots of physical things now to replace the constat eating I once did. I exercise a lot now and that helps me mentally and physically !!!

Had my preop yesterday, mood change after surgery came up and the nurse explained it's a hormonal issue. Not to be surprised, since our bodies are wondering about this huge change & want what it used to get. It gets better... Keep exercising!

I also experienced mood swings, drove my family & co workers crazy @ 8 weeks post op now . Hormones seem to be settling down. Thank goodness!! It was rough.

Lol. I think I threw a pillow at someone and mumbled horrible things under my breath during the first month - so I've been told!!
