One Month Post Op Menus

I am almost one month post op and am having trouble meeting the Protein requirements. I would appreciate any suggestions, would love sample menus. I can't seem to eat enough to meet the requirements.

Thanks, Maggie

  • You can add vanilla extract to them. I add 1 teaspoon to my vanilla shake and it tastes awesome. Just like a real vanilla shake. surgeversary 7/24/12, highest weight 267, surgery weight 262, current

At 3 months, I pretty much ate scallops and crablegs everyday. At 4 months a medium steak goes done like ice. I can't eat anything well or burnt. I also keep boiled eggs handy. I still struggle with chicken - except dark meat that's super juicy.
