Lost In Transition...

So after 8 wks post op the hype about my surgery has gone down which I'm grateful of however now I feel left to fend for myself. It's been me this whole time but there's a sense of loneliness that seems to come through and I give up eating anything right or at all...which scares me. Only lasts a day and then good but still...ugh

I went thru bouts of deperassion at first, I missed the food !!! is passes and you find much more productive things to do instead of eating like workign out :)
