Having A Hard Time Getting Food In

I am having a hard time getting food in. Which is making me have zero energy. Which is making me have no gumption to go to the gym. I haven't had a week w/o weight loss (surgery was 08/15) and am having a difficult time getting protein shakes in. I dunno. Just really frustrated. Between working my full time job and being so tired I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. I have been walking a bit but not everyday. I am so upset with myself.

Everyone goes thru this stage. You know what you have to do... now is the time to do it. Choke down that protein shake first thing in the morning... get in that 35 grams or so to start your day.. then plan on eating a little something every 2 hours til you can get all the protein in. Baby bel lights go down easy... 6 grams of protein.. laughing cow cheese.. I think 5 or 6 grams per wedge.. goes down super easy. You can do this... I have faith in you. Its mind over matter. You will succeed!!! Oh and take your vitimans.. If you exercise it will increase your energy levels. You got this girlie!!!!

Oh Becky... it will all get easier... I promise. If you think something is wrong do not hesitate to call your doctor that is what they are getting paid for. I am a morning person and have tons of energy when I first get up so I do my major workout (tread mill jog) in the a.m. of course that requires me to get up a hour earlier before work but I don't mind. My evening exercise (weather permitting) is a speed walk with my dogs. If I don't get the evening workout in no big deal because I already did my major workout !! You just have to pick a exercise that you like and do it !!! Exercise actually gives your more energy and gets those endorfins (natural high) going !!

The Protein is a MUST !!! don't try to get it all in at once, that comes down the road. Maybe split half in the a.m. and half in the p.m. Try different foods to see if you can keep that down. And please chew, chew, chew and chew some more !!!
