Don't focus on Protein the first couple of weeks. Your top priorities should be Water, walk, and rest. Protein is something you work up to, but you need to stay hydrated. Good luck!

You should be able to do your Vitamins now. I started the day I got home.

You need to work up to the protein, my doctor wanted my to get minimum 64 grams/day. I did not have a problem drinking the protein... it took hours but I did do it. I was also instructed to get 64 oz. of water a day.... Some people need to work up to those numbers - good luck and sip, sip, sip,sip :)

I didn't take protein or vitamins first week. I was on Clear liquids only. The most important thing now is sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk
