Nightmares?

I start my two week liquid diet today but last night I had these horrible nightmares. I dreamed I was starving on my liquid diet, I mean gut wrenching pain and delirious. I don't know why hadn't started the diet yet. Just kind of freaked me out.

Thank you

I am 3 1/2 post op and my nightmare that I had was of eating every kind of junk food and awesome food I have not eaten since the surgery! LOL I woke up and then had to drink my not so awesome Protein shake, what a downer. I am sorry you had such a scarey nightmare. You will be fine and you wont starve but you will feel hungry until you have surgery, but what a awesome lady you are to be able to overcome that challenge and come out successful on the other side.

Good luck you will do great!

Thank you for the words of encouragement. Glad I'm not the only one to have weird dreams.

This was reassuring to read. I posted last week about weird dreams too!! Mine haven't been nightmares exactly, but there have been CRAZY things...everything from killing a spider with a pair of tongs to jumping a fence to get away from a bear!!! For me, when I looked up in the dreamers dictionary, I could find a lot of connections between my dreams and weight loss surgery. My surgery date is 10/05.
