Not Complaining! But...

It's weird I went from barely losing a pound a week to one to two pounds a day!! It's nice but weird I barely get in the calories and protein... I think anyways been slacking lately on keeping track. It's nice I'm losing weight but losing hair also. Which usually means not enough protein right? But one more pound till fifty lost and that'll probably be when I wake up in the morning. Lol I haven't been this weight since I got married and that is five yrs today!!! Wow! What a Rollar coaster but so happy!! Been drinking to Igor so probably all over the place but just some things on my mind lol everyone have a great night!!

Nice going!!! I would definitely up my protein if you have hair loss and take biotin if your not already

Congrats on your awesome loss so far! I know it's normal to lose hair for a few different reasons. The rapid weight loss and also the anesthesia. I'm a hair stylist and I'm nervous about losing it al well. I'm definitely looking into taking Biotin.
