Yeah, how long does nicotine stay in your system? I haven't smoked for three days now. I pray I can quit for good. What is the sense in having this surgery to be healthier and then die from cancer or complications from smoking. Pray that I have the willpower to put them down for good. I quit yesterday an I mostly smoke at work which are 12 hour shifts so I am worried while I'm at work I will lapse bah it sucks

It's tough but can be done. Get hard candies and lots of gum. Easy using to much cinnamon candies as it can kill good bacteria in your mouth and cause thrush

I got my brother quitting dipping with me too. That way I have a quit buddy. It's so hard though. Someone offered me a cig today and I said no. I was so proud but wanted one bad for hours afterward. I am determined more than I want to smoke.

My brother stopped dipping the same day I quit smoking, Sunday. We are gonna do it together. I cheated a little with a cigar but I didn't inhhale, lol. I wonder if one of those electronic cigs would be a good idea?

Not too bad but if you they of how much weekly you spend on cigs they are cheap. I have a fuma brand electronic cig I bought the start up kit which included the charger and a menthol and light cartridge cost about 25 bucks plus tax. Then I bought the full flavor cartridges which has. 5 cartridges and that lasts me about 2 weeks and it cost 13 bucks. So a lot cheaper then real cigs

So now I just have to buy refill cartridges after buying the start up
