Yes I do <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> sometimes we don't see a difference cuz we are used to being fat. Then when others notice we suddenly start to notice different areas. I lost 53 pounds & I notice good things but in my mind I'm still fat so I see my self fat.

Ur rite cause I feel fat sometimes I feel if I have gained weight for some reason is weird I think my mind play with me

Yes I too see a big difference in your face!!! Keep it up!

Only 25 pounds in five weeks?? When was the last time that you lost 25 pounds in five weeks pre-op? You're doing fantastic!! Congratulations!! "Body image" is almost entirely in the brain which is a fancy way of saying that you see what your brain expects to see. Even though we all can see a dramatic difference in your photos, your brain is lagging behind. Crazy as it sounds, it's quite common to hear folks comment that they can't see the change in themselves even though everyone else does. Be patient - your brain will catch up and you're gonna love the new you!!

25 lbs in 5 weeks is amazing! if I can say that in 3 weeks time at my 5 week mark I will be soooo happy! You look amazing btw! Well done on the loss!
