  7. thanks guys! feeling a bit better now about feeling a bit better! hehe Again this morning I had some food get stuck, turkey and low fat cheese ... it all came back up again! Glad to hear that you know what I am talking about! I am down another LB today and I think its thanks to upping my Water intake and cutting out 1 Protein shake! GO ME!! means alot to me that you would take the time to reply to me with your experiences! x
  8. Hi all I am just wondering about something and I hope you who are more experienced than me can let me know what you think. ok, last week, if I ate too fast, like 2 spoonfuls, I would get that awful stuck feeling in my chest and would have to throw up... but the past few days, things are not getting stuck as much! I know how stupid this is going to sound, but I am worried now that things are going a little too well for me (despite being admitted to hospital last week but thats another story) I keep thinking that there is something wrong with my pouch, how, at this early stage, can it accept almost anything (havent eaten junky fatty foods) I was having light dumping after half of my meals but that seems to have stopped. Is it normal that the blocked up feeling eases after a while? I ate some chicken today.. and it got stuck, I was absolutely delighted!!!! Isnt that a bit mad? Like I said, I am worried that I feel so well. almost normal except for the amount I am eating. I sometimes feel I could eat more, but is the full feeling different to what it was before? or am I just not feeling it??? (sorry if its longwinded) amy <3

  14. hi! Im also 6 weeks out today. So, Friday is my weigh in and I have gone up 1lb since last week. I am seriously freaking out at this stage. I have lost around 20lbs. I cant understand why it is going so slowly since I am eating so little. Why wont the scale move??? I was admitted to hospital 2 days ago to get some fluids into me as I am dizzy and exhausted, didnt seem to help, they let me home yesterday on the condition that I drink, drink drink. Spoke with the surgeon and he said that they dont look at the amount of weight loss but more the % body fat, so he was ok with my weight loss so far. I paid ALOT of money for this op myself and now Im thinking its all just a waste of money
  15. brilliant idea! I love it!

  28. thanks for all the replies. I feel a bit better after reading them. I DID have a bit of a cry today. I paid for this operation myself and was thinking today that it was all for nothing!!! :/ but as I said, feeling a little better. have been promising myself NOT to weigh in until Friday but I just couldnt help it. will have to try harder. I have struggles for so long with my weight and was so looking forward to seeing the scales actually move DOWN..... Have to just keep going, I have no choice now
