Long Over Due

Ok so im in my 30s I am a mother of two kids, my surgery date is set for Oct 8th and I start my 4 weeks of Optifast on Sept 8th. I cant wait to get started. Im doing this simply because I dont want to die, I want to be healthy, for my kida and myself, and also because I cant remember a time when I was healthy all my probs. Started at age 14, not weight issues but since then it seems like I done been thru it all, short of being a diabetic.
