  • well with gastric bypass my protein intake is more then what is in the daily amount on myfitnesspal and more calorie burning exercises in the list would be nice

  • I would like the app to give you the option to not deduct the exercise calories as we RNY are not allowed to do that especially in the first year...

There is a topic already opened called My fitness pal (I think) and it has a lot of people's names who are interested in being buddies on the app. Hop over there and add all of us. I personally am enjoying having all these people from here on there motivating and supporting me in there too. it is fun to see how everyone is doing and watching their progress.

I am Odiemom101 on the app BTW.

I've just started using the app to keep up with protein....is there a way I can see my total protein for the day? I only see total calories. Sorry....just trying to figure out the app. Thanks!!!

Yes click on summary (the one you click on to see everyone's posts and progress) then on the top click on daily and it shows you all of your protein etc breakdown for that day! Of course this is using the iPhone not sure on the PC

Ugh not summary but home - sorry

You can find me on there

We're working on adding capabilities to our site and app which are similar to MFP. It's designed with Gastric Bypass and other Bariatric members in mind. Do you have any suggestions on features you're unhappy with or would like to see changed or added within MFP ?
