Peanut Butter Cookies

Was wondering if anyone has tried Peanut Butter Cookies made with splenda? I handle peanut butter just fine and i plan on going camping and was wondering if this would be a good snack idea for the kids and me. Last time i went camping i did shakes the whole time. I also dont want to eat Protein bars the whole time either.

Peanut Butter Cookies ingredients

1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy 1 1/3 cups baking sugar replacement (recommended: Splenda)

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I've seen recipes without any sugar or sweetener. Maybe to a test batch...I would maybe do 1/4 c each of trivia and Splenda so the sweetener is halved?

I have always used this gluten free Peanut Butter cookie recipe

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup splenda

1 egg

Mix it up and bake it just like regular peanut butter Cookies
