Shopping

Went shopping today, automatically picked up a size 28/30. It was like a sack on me. I picked up sizes 22, 24, and even some 20s. Cried all the way home. I still can't see any difference in me...

Yay!! I'm so happy for you!! I haven't gone shopping at all yet. I know my clothes are getting too big on me. I can see that. But I'm gonna wear them until they fall down when I pull them up:) I know I need at least 1 bathing suit cause it's too baggy in the chest. Not that my boobs shrunk I actually think it's my back. And I suppose my boss would appreciate if I bought new scrubs so my pants aren't falling off. We'll see;)

I feel the same way you do. When I look in the mirror I see the same thing I saw before the surgery. My clothes are baggy. I have lost 71 pounds in 12 weeks. But when I look in the mirror I don't see it. Start taking monthly photos. You will see the difference in the photos. Every 4 weeks my husband and I do measurements and photos. That is the only thing that has helped me. I hope this makes you feel better. Its awful to feel the way you do, but I understand.
