Starting Regular Diet

I know that each of our surgeons have different plans of attack and rules. I'm wondering what amounts of protein were each of you to target when eating a regular diet?

The nectars are made by Syntrax. I ordered a sample pack of ten flavors from mybariatricpantry.com. Great way to try flavors before investing. I really liked the lemon flavor. Instead of mixing with 8 ounces of water' date=' I mixed with 16 plus a crystal light lemonade single packet and drank as a " water" instead of a meal replacement. Lots of ice too. Mixed some of the other fruit flavors with the CL iced tea. I also mix the chocolate and vanilla types with EAS advantage premade Protein shakes ( chocolate fudge) for a yummy chocolate milk taste and a ton of protein - 30g in 11 ounces[/quote']

Great info! Thanks

Where do you get nectar protien from?

I bought mine from my bariatric dr but Vitamin shoppe has it. Amazon.com also sells it.

My surgeon seems to be the exception but she requires all of her patients to get a minimum of 100g of protein a day. No complaints here - it worked!
