Recommendation Of A Book On Bypass Surgery?

Has anyone read a good book on bypass surgery? I went on Amazon and there were so many to choose from. I have had my consultation, I have been approved by my insurance company and I am following a 6 month supervised diet. I am not sure about the surgery and am looking for more information. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know.
