Yes I get it all the time normally when I haven't had a bowel movement in a couple days or when I over do it at the gym!

So I'm guessing it's normal.

I'm getting the same thing. Feels like a tug of war in my left side and neither side is winning! Also feels like someone punched me in the gut sometimes if I overdo! Doc said it was perfectly normal .

It might be gas. I had massive pain today and found out it was gas. Gas x and hot tea and some walking helped !
