My Scale Is Stuck Again!

I was doing so well, loosing 6-7 lbs a week and I have officially hit my second plateau in this chaotic journey of weightloss! It's ok though, this time I won't panic like the first time. I have realized it happens to the best of us :)

    I am right there with you. A little frustrated but then I realized I wasn't journaling my food & exercise has slowed down. I am 5.5 months post op down 70 pounds & praying my body will loose more. Not trying to stress though because u know that makes a difference too. Just getting back to the basics and taking care of me.

    Good luck getting through your plateau too.

    My scale been stuck at 181. Since Friday... Is it too early for me to be complaining? I'm like 9/10 days post up.
