Good for you,Beth! I'm on the puréed stuff now and I'm sticking with it, but I'm not losing.

What are you eating on puree

Well, in the morning I either have 2 TBSP. of either cream of wheat, or oatmeal and 2TBSP of yogurt. Lunch is deli turkey 1oz., and 2 Tbsp. of nonfat cottage cheese. Dinner is either 1 oz of deli meat and 2 TBSP of nonfat cottage cheese. I dot purée. With what I'm eating small bites and good chewing seem to work

I never was told to purée as longas it was soft and I chewed it very well. As of Monday I was 3 weeks post op. I'm not on any restrictions. I was just told when trying something new just take it slow and chew very well. I guess it's because I haven't had any issues with liquids or foods going down.
