Im on that phase and I'm having a hard time with it. I do mashed potatoes and beans but I am burned out on it already

This is one of my questions. I cannot stomach the idea of puréed meat (start tomorrow) so I am depending on beans and mashed potatoes as well. Can we purée tuna?

Sure you can purée tuna you'll need to add liquid, I used chicken stock. Also I used the flavored kind of tuna from Star-kiss for a change of taste.

If you slick to the mashed potatoes and Beans add some Protein powder - powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury makes an unflavored variety. Don't be afraid to use spice and flavor in whatever you purée, of you like the taste you can get past the wierd mouth feel of the mush easier.
