2Nd Phase Foods

Hey everyone! I'm 8 days post op and despite some major pain where I had my drain I'm doing well :). I am on Clear liquids until my recheck on Wed. I'm getting really tired of the clear liquids and would give anything for even a Protein shake but not allowed. Hoping my doc puts me on phase 2. What foods were you allowed on that next phase??

Thanks!

Steph

  • I do believe I started yogurt, oatmeal, sugar free pudding and sugar free jello. I counted on the protein shakes a lot at this point. Hope you get the ok. Let us know.

I am 2 weeks post op & still on liquids for another week! I am so tired of just liquids! Dying to try something more substantial!
