Help!

Plateauing to soon? 1st week I lost 15 lbs. I have not lost anymore and am a little concerned. I'll be 3 weeks out on Monday.

People loose weight at different rates so you just could be loosing slower than others...not the news you want to hear....I know! I have heard loosing the weight also depends on how overweight you were before surgery so that could also be another reason!

A friend that I talked to that had surgery in November said that she had plateued several times and then all of a sudden would lose big amounts. In total she is down 70 lbs since November. Hang in there!

I'm at about the same spot as you and also plateaued. I'm looking at it as a good thing that I'm losing slower. Best wishes!
