Brand New

Hello,

I have been considering baratric surgery for some time now. I have been overweight for about 10 years. After I had my son, I never lost the baby weight, and I just kept getting bigger and bigger. I love to eat out. I love to snack..n all the bad stuff. I have tried everything under the sun to lose weight. I just have such a hard time staying motivated. I went to Jenny craig, I was on a protein diet with my doctor, I went to the gym and paid for a personal trainer. I got to be so sore, I just gave up, and the bigger I got the harder it is to do things. I woke up one morning, after working all night, my whole body hurt, my legs were completely swollen and I just cried! I had enough! This is insane what I am putting my body and myself thru, so after I lined up all the pills I take every morning, I just felt sick! I called into work and cried all day! I called my local hospital and go into a seminar. I filled out the paper work right away and have taken the first few steps. I really hope the insurance approves me. I just want to be healthy I am too young for this. I know worse things are ahead of me, and I can only imagine how my insides feel, if my outsides are always hurting. Going to keep my fingers crossed I approved for this surgery. I am sooo ready to make some permanent life style changes!! I am just FED UP!!

On day 2 of nothing but healthy foods. Just trying to mentally prepare myself. I have completely given up pop, salty snacks, sugar and all the bad stuff, not eating out anymore, no more chips, cheese fries and big macs.. LOL.. actually I feel pretty darn good!
