I had the raspberry flavor this morning. It's disgusting!!!! it had an after taste like I just vomited. I can't stomach it. Had to throw them out! I also had the apple cinnamon flavor and same affect.. I will have to find another yogurt. Yoplait never did that?

I just got boost, high protein, chocolate flavor. I'm new to these so I am going to try a few different ones..

I have BCBS-IL, they said my co-pay for gastric bypass is $250. That's good to know!

Yep! I thought I was the only weird one! hahhaaaa... but there is 4 more grams of protein than yoplait though.. it takes some getting used to.. I never had cottage cheese either til the other day, I am having a hard time eating that..

Does anyone know if vitamin water is any good for after surgery? Does anyone drink these?

Greek yogurt is a little different from regular. It is more thicker and creamy. stir it up really good. I just switched from Yoplait light to chobani also. U can always try a different one... I'm weird with food, If I think it's bad, it drives me nuts and I won't eat it! LOL

That is awesome! I am so happy for you! I can't wait to lose this weight! where did u get that timeline at? I was 240, im down to 232.7, only in a few weeks of eating better. My goal weight is around 130lbs..

On day 2 of nothing but healthy foods. Just trying to mentally prepare myself. I have completely given up pop, salty snacks, sugar and all the bad stuff, not eating out anymore, no more chips, cheese fries and big macs.. LOL.. actually I feel pretty darn good!

I have confirmed Asthma. I go for my sleep study in a few weeks. Also have dietary class and psychology appts set up already. Things are moving smoothly, Just keeping my fingers crossed!!

Going to sleep study group today to see if I have sleep apnea.

Hello, I have been considering baratric surgery for some time now. I have been overweight for about 10 years. After I had my son, I never lost the baby weight, and I just kept getting bigger and bigger. I love to eat out. I love to snack..n all the bad stuff. I have tried everything under the sun to lose weight. I just have such a hard time staying motivated. I went to Jenny craig, I was on a protein diet with my doctor, I went to the gym and paid for a personal trainer. I got to be so sore, I just gave up, and the bigger I got the harder it is to do things. I woke up one morning, after working all night, my whole body hurt, my legs were completely swollen and I just cried! I had enough! This is insane what I am putting my body and myself thru, so after I lined up all the pills I take every morning, I just felt sick! I called into work and cried all day! I called my local hospital and go into a seminar. I filled out the paper work right away and have taken the first few steps. I really hope the insurance approves me. I just want to be healthy I am too young for this. I know worse things are ahead of me, and I can only imagine how my insides feel, if my outsides are always hurting. Going to keep my fingers crossed I approved for this surgery. I am sooo ready to make some permanent life style changes!! I am just FED UP!!

just the other day I was talking to a co-worker who was written up for her bad behavior, well come to find out I was on her write up list, some other co-workers heard her talking about me and said I looked like a miss piggy and they reported her to HR! I thought she was a friend! That really hurt my feelings.
