They said it was not recommend but sometimes I'm out and that's all that's around I don't drink coffe or tea and flavored water makes me sick. Food doesnt go down well lately but some sweets do(others don't) soda is maybe once a week if that and only a few sips. But I'm stuck cant lose anymore still have 30 to go. Any ideas?

Hi Linda

I would suggest you to always carry Water bottles w/you....like for instance I have water everywhere, my vehicle, obviously house and work cuz when I feel thirsty I would sip on it plus it's a healthier choice. I wish you all the best and stay strong we are all into this and I know that sometimes its just hard to control our impulse of wanting a particular thing so just hang in there and focus on the goal cuz hunny WE CAN DO IT!!! :) :) ;) ;)
