Post op day 3

Having a hard time getting down enough liquids without nausea. Trying my best. Just feeling a little frustrated. Otherwise I'm not feeling too bad thankfully. Any tips on the liquids? How will I know if I'm dehydrated and need to get fluids at the hospital? This part kinda sucks :P
