  1. So as of today (3 months 2 days after sleeve) Im down 75lbs My start weight was 385, my goal is 190, so im almost halfway there!!
  2. I'm in with a simpler goal of following my c25k regimen and doing 1 extra of the highest each week
  3. this whole thread has been so awesome. its been my dream for years to be able to just tell my army friend, "lets go for a run" and right now hes deployed and i want to do a 5k with him when he gets back (and hopefully beat his time!) i jsut started today but i feel like everything is moving in such a positive direction right now!
  4. oh hey texas people! i got sleeved 10/02/13 im down 40 some pounds so far since starting pre op. i live in arlington (middle of ft worth or dallas, both are convenient) if anyone wants to talk or whatever, just ask!
  5. I'm in it right now but don't worry this is a marathon not a sprint. I was sleeved on 10/2 and the weight came off super fast at first, I'm down 40lbs but I haven't lost a pound in about 1.5 weeks. But no worries it will start going down again
  6. I was sleeved on Oct 2nd and was pretty nauseous the first few days but now I just drink every 5 minutes all day and I feel amazing. No food yet just Water grape juice and Protein but looking forward to having my drain taken out and I'll be alot more comfrotable
