Hey everyone!

I'm new here, this is my first post.

I was banded Jan19, 2007 in Little Rock. My doc was Dr. Clay Wellborn.

I am excited already about my weight loss. I went in for my pre-op a few days before surgery weighing in at 298. I weighed this morning and I am at 287. Nice start, huh? I'm sure it will slow down, but that OK. I am still really sore from the surgery.

Does anyone have any tips on what I can eat during my liquid phase besides broth and smoothies? :help:

I am so glad to find this site, I hope to make lots of new friends:p

Hi, congrats on your surgery. I ate anything that could pass through a straw. Creamy soups seem to fill me up the best. I would stick to creamy soups, protein shakes, yogurt, those types of foods. Good luck.
