Loosing hair! Help!

I don't know what has changed with my body but I'm loosing so much hair!! Every time I shower my hands are covered in hair!! What can I do to stop it??? Please help!

The hair cycles are 3 months behind. That is the reason most people start to lose their hair around the 3 month mark. It was because you didn't get enough protein in the first couple of months after you surgery. It will grow back. I have a fear of losing my hair so I have been on 10000 mg of Biotin since 2 months before my surgery.
