Cheated on my preopp diet

Feel so bad, four days on the right track and I let a family function mess with my pre opp diet. I wait to the end do the fish fry to mess up and take a bite. This is the only place I can tell the truth. I hope I did not mess up. This is a mental thing all the way.

Just get right back on track! Don't allow that to happen again so you won't feel so bad. Maybe u should. Intact the do. And see if u should do a laxative or colon cleanse to get rid of the solids?

I'm going to get a laxative tomorrow. I did not eat a whole meal but worry, thank soooo much.

All OK if you get back on track. And you don't need a laxative, "all things shall pass".

  • 3 months later...

I was wondering if anyone else has gained weight during this process. I started my six month timeline 8/13 (required by BCN of MI) and I gained 10 lbs. I have lost eight of those pounds again. I was just wondering what others peoples experiences were. They did not give me a weight loss goal. I have not yet started the liquid diet. I am going to my final 6 month appt and hopefully will get a surgery date. I had been living in a kind of fog not really believing it is going to happen. I do know how serious this is and I know what I am supposed to do. I am on the right track now.

One thing you need to do is FORGIVE yourself and get right back on track.
