Yep. Fluid is fluid (unless it's a diuretic because then it makes you lose fluid.)

Ummm i think this one differs. I was told by my doctor and nutritionist that my protein is protein and is not included in your daily fluid intake. Check with your DOC/NUT to see what they suggest.

Mine said anything without caffeine counted as liquids for the day.

I'm lost on this one too also when you add protein to such a small amount of food , it always says two scoops ;( no way is that right
