I am glad everyone is doing fine but I would like to know about the hair loss. How long did the loss happen and when or did your hair started to grow back or not.

What are some of the sleevers and the hair loss. I am about bald. When does it stop and when does the hair start growing back?

Sweetsophia, It took 4 months from first seminar to surgery. My insurance did not require a 6 month diet first. I had a very quick and easy time of time. surgery was Aug 21, 13, I have lost 54 lbs and at a stand still now. Have been since Thanksgiving but I am not giving up and the hair loss. Be glad when that stops and starts growing again. Good luck.

I was sleeved on August 21, 2013, I have lost 55 lbs. I am at a stand still now and getting discouraged but I know this is part of the journey. How is everyone doing with hair loss. I have lost more hair this week then I have since sleeved. Has anyone seen a regrown and when did it start? I am taking all of my vits. Biotin for the hair. Happy New Year everyone.

I am at a stand still. Getting upset even tho I know this is normal. When does the hair stop falling out? I am 4 1/2 months out and down 55 lbs. but I am ready to see the scales move. Any ideas?

I have UHC and they covered everything except my co pay which was around 3000.00.

Yes I am in 211 start and by Christmas I want to be down 10 lbs. goal 201

today's weight 211 didn't make my goal but I hit the 50 lb lost today. Thankful for this. And Happy Thanksgiving to all.

I joined the challenge when it was first started and I didn't see my name on the spreadsheet. start date 11-1 weight 218. Maybe I over looked it but I sure didn't see it.

Don't like new website. lost 2 lbs as of last Thursday.

I have also put shots in isopure to make them more drinkable.

I use protein shots, I get mine at Walmart. I use fruit punch in a fruit punch crystal lite and it is good. You can use other flavors in different crystal lite just have to try them. I add 32 oz water instead of 20 like the crystal lite says. Good luck.

I get the smaller size protein shots at WalMart and mix it with fruit punch flavor with fruit punch crystal lite. I have mixed with lemonade crystal lite also and not bad. I use 32oz. water too.

You are doing this for you. That is one reason why I didn't tell anyone except my husband. After I told one of my daughters she asked why did I have it done. I told her I 61 years old and I don't have time to do it with diet alone plus I needed to get the weight off fast. Day after surgery I was taken off of diabetes meds and 1 blood pressure pill. I feel so much better, 40 lbs off in 8 weeks.

I too have had tough times, 53 year old brother dies from cardiac arrest, 125 days later my 50 year old brothers dies very unexpectedly and then two days after I had my twin sister living with me because had just had cancer surgery. She lived with me off and on for 6 years and the last 6 weeks of her life I took care of her in every way that needed to be done. We had just turn 52 when she passed away. Yes it was very hard but we all have our cross to carry and I drew strength for God and the bible. Seek help. There is help out there. Don't give up. You seem to have hit bottom now there is no place to go but up. Please keep all of us posted. We care.
