Post op co2 gas

Hey gang I have not seen/read much talk on forum about post op co2 gas. I had lap gallbladder surgery and the incisional pain was nothing compared to horrific co2 pain settles in chest and shoulder. People say oh walk it off, it isn't that kind of gas, walking does nothing for that. I can't believe after millions of surgeries over last decade no one has devised a way to remove co2 gas after surgery complete. It realllly hurts.any thoughts or experience?

No I have the worst constipation :( I bought mirelax but I haven't taken it yet. And I'm back at work so I'm staying pretty active.
