Bariatric Advantage or other brands from gnocchi or Vitamin shoppe ?

I'm using other brands. I purchased mines from Walmart.

I am using other. Could not stand the flavors of the bariatric vitamins after the surgery.

What other ones are out there? I heard about unjury and celebrate? I'm trying to figure out which one to buy that will give me everything I need. Thanks!

I'm about 9 weeks out and have been able to transition to Bariatric Advantage's complete bariatric multi in capsule form. It has vastly improved my compliance... I have been unable to find any bariatric chewable that didn't make me want to technicolor yawn all over the place, and I've probably spent hundreds of dollars. I ended up just buying gummy vitamins that I double dosed and figured it was better than nothing when I couldn't get the bariatric vitamins down.

What does your surgeon suggest? My surgeon just says a multi-vitamin three times a day before surgery & then four times a day after surgery. The packet suggested several brands, all commonly available. His ARNP told us in the pre-op class that which one you chose wasn't important but to not change brands unless they tell us to. Because each brand will be different, it would be difficult for them to make adjustments to supplements based on our lab work.

I use a one a day chewable for bariatric patients. It's Procare Health. It's chewable and not awful, but you can also swallow it and receive all the benefits. In addition I take b2 and calcium (1200-1500 a day, spread out). I hated all the chewable calcium I tried, I finally went with a "petite" kind from Wal Greens.
