shannon- we are the same weight and height .... When is your surgery date ?

November buddies, I found most of my vitamins at Costco for great prices !! Bottle of sublingual Kirkland brand B-12 - actually tastes great! I also bought the Kirkland brand of calcium chews - they also taste great! I was also able to find flinestones chewable a complete multivitamins at Costco which is what my dr recommends ... So far day 2 of all those and I'm feeling ok ! Want to get in the habit before surgery !

My current weight is 256 , I'm 5'4, 30 yrs old. Goal weight is 140lbs.

I'm scheduled and approved for November 26th! Getting excited! Going to get vitamins this weekend so I can try and train myself to take them every day !!

A 4 weeks after surgery too soon to travel ? I have my surgery scheduled late November and plan to travel for Christmas. Anyone have experiences where they couldn't travel or is that long enough to start feeling normal ?

My preschool students not asking me when The baby in my tummy is coming out !!!! Or telling me I should be Mrs.Clause because I'm big like her . But mostly to feel beautiful and comfortable around my husband , even though I know he loves me anyways

Honestly , I'm in nursing school so obviously not an expert ... But what you are describing for sure sounds like fluid in your lungs / pneumonia type issues . It's always better safe than sorry ! When you have surgery you are at greater risk of getting respiratory infections such as pneumonia . Just go get it checked out !

I am having my surgery November 26th. I'm wondering if anyone started their vitamins ahead of time or did anything else to prepare ? I really want to maximize the weight loss so anything that helps is great!
