Sleeved September 12, 2013

Hi Everyone, my name is Kenny and I was sleeved on the 12th of this month. So far im doing ok, I just feel extremely weak. The first couple days when I got home I felt good, then slowly I started to get weak. (Not sure if thats normal) im going to the doctor tomorrow to see if everything is ok. Reading all these positive threads makes me feel good about my decision. Im glad I found this app.

Im feeling a little better today, thanks for the reply!!

Hey I felt like that too but I spoke to the nurse and she said to me I'm not drinking enough fluids / protein hence why I feel lethargic.

From that day on I upped my water / juice/ slimfast intake and I feel 100 percent better now

I was sleeved the same day!!!! I was really tired when I first got home and pretty much just rested and tried to sip. At my first post op appt. my Dr. told me I had to get at least 60 grams of Protein in and when I did I started to feel much better. I hope everything goes ok at your appt. and you start to feel better. I read a lot of the posts on here and I am very encouraged to stay on track. This really is a great app!!!!
