Walking usually helps.

Agreed.. Walk, slow . Don't drink

I know what u mean. I ate bf this am at 10 and spent the whole day at the hospital (mother in law in icu) and came home to make dinner at 6. Ate almost a whole hoemade taco and I'm feeling pretty sick.

Tomorrow I'm bringing some almonds in my purse to snack on. I thought I was being wise not eating cafeteria food but ended up eating too much. It sucks. Pre sleeve (I was lapabanded before) I would've stuck my finger down my throat. Not any more however. Worried ill hurt my sleeve.

Good luck with getting it to pass.
