First time eating

Surgery was yesterday morning. After I passed my leak test this morning they gave me chicken broth, Jello, apple juice and wafer. I had a few sips of the broth and it made my stomach worse than it's been since surgery.

Anyone else have this issue? Is this the new stomach getting used to things?
