Head hunger!

How do you deal with head hunger? I'm a little over 6 weeks out and I just want to eat something!!! Like a little snack of something I've not had!!! How do you fight the voices that tell you that you need something bad to eat!?!

I tell myself to eat the Protein first and then, we'll see. By the time I eat the protein I'm too full for anything else anyway.

i'm five days out and i'm craving to actually chew something. i'm on clear liquids until hopefully tuesday and then i'll be able to eat yogurt and farina and stuff. i did freeze one of my protein shakes this afternoon and ate it like ice cream, which satisfied a bit of the chewing problem. it's all mental, though, because i can't drink that much without feeling full. stupid brain!

Honestly when I get hungry I just eat a little something, and then I'm not hungry anymore, and my waist keeps shrinking. Even when I have one or two "snacks," I'm still getting less than 1000 cal/day, so I've been able to snack and remain in a negative energy balance anyways.

Omg i thought i was the only one my boys will eat and make bagels and sandwhichs and im just like oooommmggg i have never cheated not even on my liquid before surgery ill be two weeks on thursday not looking forward to the puree goodluck to all
