Health Update: went to primary doctor yesterday and glad to say lost 2more lbs and i was on 5diabetic pills a day and 12 units of insulin and 5mgs of a high blood pressure med. this girl is no longer insulin bound and went down to 2.5 blood pressure med. but i havent took none because pressure has been normal. And as far as diabetic pill 2 a day and hopefully one or none soon. Pressure was 110/68 and im so happy that this is a blessings that i didnt realize how much it would change me. Thanks god for this blessing. Have a good day.
