Health Update: went to primary doctor yesterday and glad to say lost 2more lbs and i was on 5diabetic pills a day and 12 units of insulin and 5mgs of a high blood pressure med. this girl is no longer insulin bound and went down to 2.5 blood pressure med. but i havent took none because pressure has been normal. And as far as diabetic pill 2 a day and hopefully one or none soon. Pressure was 110/68 and im so happy that this is a blessings that i didnt realize how much it would change me. Thanks god for this blessing. Have a good day.

Aug 27th is my surgery day and i had no pain came home that friday with a drain and now this week i been feeling horrible as far ingestion heartburn acid refluex ughhhhh now my left side is hurting. Wats a girl to do

Aug 27th sleeved Sw 283 Surgery day 277 Weight as of sept 4 271 I am having a hard time getting Protein in. Been having a hard time with acid refluex and gas pain and today i been havung side pain on my left side. I been really sick this weekend. I supposed to start puree tomorrow but im scared to eat anything. Im not getting wat i need and im stressed.

Doing great came home Friday last time I used pain meds Friday nite. Walked 3-4 hours yesterday........ Thank god for zantac and trying to get my fluids and protein in.

Sleeved 27th Aug feeling great. I'm just able to take in more. Cause I wasn't able to drink or intake pudding. Gonna do yogurt later. No pain since Friday night and gas thanks god for 2x a day zantac
